RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Each piece of Greta de Barnola is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange according to the following policy.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

The pieces or made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used, within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
